Structural safety
What you cannot see in a building matters more than what you can. On every project we reinforce the ground with jet grouting in line with the soil survey, and use C35-class concrete in the structural frame.
From apartment buildings in Karşıyaka to residential sites with pools in Aliağa, we build homes to live in.
Cenkab İnşaat has been building homes since May 2006, with our head office in Karşıyaka. We spent our early years on apartment buildings across Karşıyaka's neighbourhoods. Each of them taught us the same lesson: a home proves its worth after a family moves in.
Today we build residential sites with pools and shared facilities in Aliağa's Siteler neighbourhood: Wellness Life 1 and Wellness Life 2. The scale has grown and the projects have changed. Our approach has not: sound construction first, then a plan that works, then a good place to live around it.
What you cannot see in a building matters more than what you can. On every project we reinforce the ground with jet grouting in line with the soil survey, and use C35-class concrete in the structural frame.
We draw plans around the family that will live in them: the size of each room, storage and cupboard space, and the way light and air move through the home.
Façades, gardens and shared spaces are a responsibility to the street and the neighbours. Without compromising safety or function, we aim for buildings that still look good years from now.

Two sites with pools and shared facilities in Aliağa's Siteler neighbourhood: Wellness Life 1 and Wellness Life 2. Both are complete, with homes for sale in each.

Residential projects we have delivered in Karşıyaka and Aliağa.
Most of the apartment buildings we have delivered were built with landowners under land-for-flats agreements (kat karşılığı). If you would like us to consider your land or a building that needs renewing, send us the details. We'll review the title deed and zoning status, and call you if it's a good fit.

Our sales office is right next to the site. Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00, Sat 09:00–14:00.
