Cenkab İnşaat
Twenty years of building homes to live in
Cenkab İnşaat has been building homes in Karşıyaka and Aliağa since May 2006 and has delivered 30 projects to date. We started with apartment buildings; today we build residential sites with pools. Our priorities have stayed the same: sound construction, plans that work and shared spaces that make good neighbours.

How we build
Sound construction
Safety is where we start, not a feature we add. Wellness Life 2 has a 500 m² shelter for all residents and an 80-tonne water tank that keeps the taps running during outages.
Plans that work
Generous living rooms, en-suite bathrooms, balconies. In Wellness Life 2's Block A, every apartment's title deed includes an 18 m² basement storage room.
Shared living
The pool, gym, playground and sports courts are for residents only. Shared spaces get the same care as the homes, because that is where neighbours meet.
